Today, RUSI’s Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies is launching a global survey on cryptocurrency risk and compliance, in partnership with ACAMS, and you can take part now.
The RUSI-ACAMS Cryptocurrency Risk & Compliance Survey will provide an unprecedented insight into how governments, the crypto industry, traditional financial institutions, and others view and respond to financial crime and other risks as it relates to cryptocurrencies.
The survey is being jointly conducted by The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), in partnership with YouGov, the globally renowned market research company.
Cryptocurrency is an emerging and fast-growing area of compliance, where technology, risks and regulation are rapidly changing. The survey aims to understand how cryptocurrency risks as well as opportunities are perceived in different sectors and in different locations. Filling out the survey will help relevant stakeholders accurately understand where each sector’s primary concerns lie and what best practice looks like.
We have partnered with YouGov to conduct this survey. YouGov is the most quoted market research source in the UK and works with some of the world’s most recognised brands. The survey is being conducted using the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct.
The survey results will be made publicly available on our website for private sector, governments, and media to use and report on. To see what the finished survey will look like, take a look at RUSI and ACAMS’ last global survey on proliferation finance risk at www.rusi.org/PFSurvey2020.
If you are interested in participating in the survey and work on cryptocurrency risk and compliance issues, please contact email@example.com and include your affiliation. The deadline for responding is June 30, 2020.
